Logo & Branding
Bondi’s Best was already a popular restaurant in Sydney’s Bondi. The logo and brand had become out dated and they where after new look Brand and shop fitout to match quality of the produce. They wanted to take the concept to a second shop in Bondi and then to branch out nationally. Pollen was to work with interior designers to come up with a complimentary look, updating the logo and building a brand to follow through all of the collateral.
Bondi’s Best existing logo and brand was outdated and not reflective of the high caliber of service and produce provided. The restaurant required a new look and feel, complete with a new logo, menus, stationary, packaging and shop fit out including a new range of décor to match.
We were lucky to be working with some of Sydney’s elite interior designers to develop a complimentary décor fit out and streamline the new branding across all marketing collateral. The concept was then to carry over to a second new location in Bondi, then to continue on nationwide.
Bondi’s Best new branding was to convey the feeling of providing Sydney-siders with the ultimate seafood experience. The new brand is a two-fold union of a nautical nature. The two fish were hand illustrated to produce a one of a kind logo. The fish represent the fine seafood produce on offer, crossing to form an X. The X represents a nautical point of interest, indicating X marks the spot. Like a pirate marking his map for a hidden treasure. The new logo and branding were incorporated across the restaurant’s interior décor, external signage, menus, packaging, stationary, website and advertising to create a single, strong and identifiable brand.
